HEALTHY HILLSIDE
LEADERSHIP TEAM MEMBER 

Zeitgeist is looking for engaged members of the Hillside community to join a Leadership Team dedicated to working with Hillside residents and stakeholders to identify community challenges and build neighborhood driven solutions to uplift the wellbeing of all. Particular areas of focus to increase health and wellbeing include COVID-19 response, neighborhood design, health equity, mental wellbeing, community connection, and coordinated resource care.

EXPEDITER
The Expediter will ensure the expedient and accurate arrival of food to guests. Ensure the proper presentation of dishes. Communicate between guests, FOH, and BOH and maintain cleanliness in designated work areas while providing friendly and professional service and to provide a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive work culture. This role is critical in times of high volume.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZER

The Community Organizer will lead community engagement activities including building networks, facilitating connections, conducting outreach strategies to enhance neighborhood well-being, particularly in the areas of health equity, covid response and vaccination confidence, neighborhood design and active transportation initiatives. The position will work under the direction of the community development team and will work closely with the Hillside Leadership committee to plan, organize, implement, and evaluate engagement strategies for public education, outreach, and community visioning. 

BARTENDER
The Bartender will take and deliver food and beverage orders, process payments, attend to the dynamic needs of guests, and maintain cleanliness in designated work areas while providing friendly and professional service. They will procure/create the alcoholic beverages served in house and to provide a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive work culture.
SERVER
The server will take and deliver food and beverage orders, process payments, attend to the dynamic needs of guests, and maintain cleanliness in designated work areas while providing friendly and professional service and to provide a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive work culture.
LINE CHEF
The Line Chef is responsible for the daily production of food related prep and menu items as well as the cleaning, care, maintenance and storage of all back of house related materials.
HOST / GREETER / MAITRE’D
The Host will greet, seat, and farewell guests, manage reservations, waitlist, telephone, and to-go orders and maintain cleanliness in designated work areas while providing friendly and professional service and to provide a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to a positive work culture.
