Event Series Event Series: Sketches of Minnesota

Sketches of Minnesota

July 10 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Join us for a free dinner and improv show in partnership with The Minnesota Humanities Center and Danger Boat Productions. The Sketches of Minnesota is a traveling series of community-inspired improv shows.

First, enjoy dinner provided by Zeitgeist and engage in important conversation with other community members from all areas of the city. We want your thoughts on what makes Duluth great, what people get wrong about it, what local divisions concern you, and what future you imagine for our city and region. After dinner, Danger Boat Productions improv players will take what they hear to the stage and bring it to life through entirely unscripted improv comedy theater. And it’s all free!

Sketches of Minnesota brings residents together for meaningful conversation about their towns and reflects their thoughts and feelings back to them through improv comedy. Together we use laughter and comedy to celebrate Minnesota communities, promote dialogue, bridge divides, and help find ways to work constructively across differences in today’s political environment. We hope to see you there!
